摘要
为探究超滤膜在海水淡化预处理工艺中的性能,进行了为期160天的中试试验。试验对超滤膜组件在技术可行性、系统压力运行稳定性、运行经济性及膜清洗通量恢复率方面做了探索。实验结果表明,在技术可行性方面,其产水浊度<0.1NTU,产水SDI_(15)稳定在2±0.3之间;在运行压力稳定性方面,运行压力在0.050—0.065MPa之间稳定;在运行经济性方面,吨水能耗稳定在0.05kwh/m^3,药耗低;清洗后膜通量可回复到95%以上。以上艮好地满足了超滤+反渗透海水淡化工程设计的要求。
In order to explore the performance of ultrafiltration membrane in the process of sea water desalination pretreatment, we have carried on the pilot testing for 160 days. The experiment has taken exploration of the technical feasibility, system pressure operational stability operating econorny and the recovery rate of membrane cleaning flux of ultrafiltration membrane component. The experimental results show that, in terms of technicalJeasibility, the water turbidity〈0.1 NTU, water production SDI 15 stability between 2±0.3 ; In terms of operation pressure stability, the operation pressure is stable between 0.050-0.065 MPa. In terms of operational economy, the energy consumption of water/ton is stable around 0.05 KWH/m^3 with a low drug consumption; After cleaning, the membrane flux can return to more than 95%. The above mentioned meet the requirements of ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis' sea water desalination engineering design.
