摘要
本文以水果和软饮料为参比对象,在0~150μg/mL的线性范围内,在Cu^(2+)的催化作用下,使溶解氧将具有还原性维生素C氧化为在246.0nm波长下无吸收的氧化型维生素C。并且经过实验使样品中的干扰成分实现本底校正,通过两次吸光度的差值建立了维生素C的一种新方法。
In this paper, fruit and juice beverages as the reference object, in the linear range of 0 - 150μg/mL. Using Cu^2+ as catalyst, in the 246nm wavelength range, the aseorbic acid Vitamin C could be oxidized into oxidizational Vitamin C by solvent oxygen, then the absorption in ultraviolet band of disturbing material could be corrected. A new method was established to determined the reduction type Vitamin C in fruit juice.
