食品安全检验检测体系问题与对策分析

随着三聚氰胺、苏丹如等食品安全事故的发生,人们对食品安全问题加强了重视。无论是从食品种类还是从污染源上来看,很多食品都存在着安全隐患。若不能对食品安全隐患及时发现并处理很可能导致食品中毒,危及人们的身体健康。食品检验检测是控制危险食品进入市场的重要途径,必须要予以重视。本文分析了我国食品检测的内涵和意义,研究我国食品安全检验检测体系中存在的问题以及问题出现的原因,最后针对如何完善我国食品安全检验检测体系提出了相应的对策,希望具有借鉴意义。

With the happening of melamine and Sudan red food safety accidents, people put more attention on food safety problem. No matte r from food types orpollution sources, a lot offoods have the safety hazards. If we cannotfind the food safety hidden and make timely treatment, it is l ikely to lead to food poisoning and endanger people＇s health. Food inspection and detection is an important approach to control the dangerous food e nter into the market, which must be paid great attention. This paper analyzes the connotation and significance of food testing and studies the the existi ng problems and the causes for food safety testing system in China, finally, put forward the corresponding countermea：~ures on how to improve China＇s food safety inspection testing system and hope to provide reference for the following researches.
