High-voltage line tower deformation monitoring based on feature line

摘要 针对传统单点测量技术在监测范围及效率方面存在的问题,该文研究了一种基于特征线的高压线塔变形监测方法。因为高压线塔的塔腿对其安全运行起着重要作用,所以选取塔腿棱线作为特征线,分析塔腿变化情况。通过截面角点提取、塔腿提取及塔腿棱线提取等过程,求取同期塔腿棱线不同分段之间以及不同时期塔腿棱线相同分段之间的偏移角度和方向。基于某高压线塔两期点云数据的实验结果表明:该方法能够从复杂的高压线塔点云数据中,提取出塔腿部分点云,进而提取塔腿棱线,最后根据特征线的方向向量分析塔腿偏移角度及方向,得出高压线塔仍处于安全状态的结论。 Aiming at the problem of traditional single point measurement technology in the monitoring range and efficiency,a method of deformation monitoring for high-voltage line tower based on feature line was studied.For tower-leg of high-voltage line tower plays an important role to its safe operation,the tower-leg ridgeline as feature line was selected,and tower-leg changes was analyzed.Through sectional corner extraction,tower-leg extraction and tower-leg ridgeline extraction,the offset angle and direction between ridgelines of the same period different segments or the different period the same segment were obtained.The results of two period experiments of high-voltage line tower point cloud data showed that:this method could extract tower-leg point cloud from complex high-voltage line tower point cloud data,then extract the tower-leg ridgeline;according to the direction vector of feature line analysis the offset angle and direction of tower-leg,and come to a conclusions that the high-voltage line tower was still in safe condition.
