基于TAC的高精度频率测量系统的设计

摘要 为解决精密加法器时钟守时系统内本地振荡器频率测量模块分辨率低、测量精度差的问题,针对加法器时钟应用场景的特点,设计了一种新型的基于高稳定度PPS(秒脉冲信号)的高分辨率频率测量系统,详细分析了该系统的电路实现及测量算法,给出了一套完善的实用方案,解决了目前应用较多的本地时钟频率测量方案的诸多缺点,实验表明该系统可实现13位时间间隔测量精度,为低成本高精度仪器仪表的设计实现提供了一种新思路。 To solve this problem that resolution and precision of the frequency measure module used in precious adder-based hold-over clock was low, aiming at the specification of adder-based clock, a new kind of high resolution frequency measuring system based on highly stable PPS( pulse per second) signal was designed.After analyzing the circuit and algorithm of this system, a complete practical solution was provided.This solution overcame many disadvantages of the frequency measuring scheme.Experiment data shows that this system has a 13 bit resolution of time interval measurement and provides a new method of the design of low-cost high-precision instruments.
