摘要
针对现有超声波检测技术对车架号码区域隐藏焊缝检测时的延时缺陷,利用无损检测技术设计了一套基于可编程片上系统(system on a programmable chip,SOPC)的便携式超声检测系统。系统产生超声波激励信号激励超声探头并从探头获得车架处的回波信号,回波信号经数字信号处理系统可实时响应报警系统,根据报警系统响应情况可以快速、准确地检测出车架号码区域是否经过篡改。该系统克服以往系统响应延时问题,具有实时性,得到公安部验证并已取得良好效果,可快速、有效、准确、实时地识别出车架区域内部是否有修改的痕迹。
Aim to the defects of the existing technology to detect the hidden weld, a portable ultrasonic testing system based on programmable chip( system on a programmable chip, SOPC) system was designed with ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology.By generating an ultrasound excitation signal excitation ultrasonic probe and collecting ultrasonic echo signal from the probe, echo signal through digital signal processing system can respond to the alarm system in real time. According to the alarm system response, frame number region can be fast and accurate detected if it is tampered. Compared with the previous system, the system can respond to the detection results in real time, verified in the public security department and achieved good results, it can quickly and accurately identify whether the frame area is altered.
