基于STM32和CDMA的污水曝气装置远程监控系统 被引量:2

摘要 针对污水厂环境复杂、测量点分散以及污水池时变、时滞等特点,设计了基于CDMA网络的曝气装置远程监控系统。系统以STM32为核心,运行μC/OS-Ⅱ操作系统,利用优选控制算法将数据处理后输出控制鼓风机变频器和曝气阀门,使污水溶解氧和管道压力达标以保证污水水质达标和曝气系统安全运行,最后通过CDMA网络传送数据至监测主机实现远程监测和管理,该系统兼具在线控制、远程监测等功能。测试表明:该系统控制精度高,运行可靠,满足设计要求。 In view of the characteristics of wastewater treatment plants, such as the complex environment, the dispersion of measurement points, time-variation and time-lag of the sewage pool, a remote monitoring and control system of the aeration device based on CDMA was designed.The system took STM32 as the core, running μC/OS-Ⅱ operating system.It controlled blower frequency converter and aeration valve after the data was processed using the optimal control algorithm. Thus, making the effluent dissolved oxygen and pipeline pressure up to standard to ensure that the sewage water quality reach a standard and the safe operation of the aeration system.Finally,the data was sent to the remote data center through the CDMA network for remote monitoring and management.The test shows that the system is of high precision ,reliable operation ,and it can meet the design requirements.
