基于知识欧姆定律的上下游活动重叠时间估算 被引量:4

摘要 针对并行产品开发中上下游活动间存在重叠且重叠时间量化困难的问题,从知识的角度提出运用函数度量上下游活动的知识势和知识阻,基于知识难度系数构建知识势函数,并运用学习曲线理论构建知识阻函数,进而结合二者和知识欧姆定律以获得知识流函数;根据知识返工概率函数,计算下游活动重叠期的知识返工时间,进而构建上下游活动重叠时间的数学模型。最后通过实例验证了该方法的有效性与可行性。 For problems that time overlapping existed between upstream and downstream activities and overlapping time in the concurrent product development was difficult to be quantized, knowledge potential and knowledge resist- ance of upstream and downstream activities were quantized through functions from the knowledge perspective. Knowledge potential function and knowledge resistance function were respectively established based on knowledge difficulty coefficient and learning curve theory. Thus the knowledge flow function could be obtained by knowledge Ohm's Law combined above. The knowledge rework time in overlapping period was calculated based on knowledge rework probability function and the mathematical model of overlapping time between upstream and downstream activities was established consequently. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method were demonstrated by a case study.
