目的建立利用分析仪器确证甲磺酸卡莫司他化学结构的方法。方法通过元素分析、紫外光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振、质谱对甲磺酸卡莫司他的结构进行结构分析。结果通过解析证实甲磺酸卡莫司他的结构为N,N-二甲基氨基甲酰甲基-4-(4-胍基苯甲酰氧基)苯乙酸酯甲磺酸盐。结论该方法准确可行,可为甲磺酸卡莫司他的结构鉴定提供依据。

Objective To establish a method to determine the chemical structure of camostat mesilate by analytical instruments. Methods UV, IR, MS, and NMR were used to analyze the chemical structure of camostat mesilate. Results The chemical structure of camostat mesilate was N, N-dimethylcarbamoylmethyl-4-（4-guanidinobenzoyloxy） phenylacetate monomethanesulfonate. Conclusion The method is accurate and practical, which can provide a comprehensive reference for the structural identification of camostat mesilate.
