民间中药三叶青的研究进展

Research advances in Chinese Herbal medicine Tetrastigmae hemsleyanum

通过查阅国内外相关文献,进行分析和总结,对三叶青的化学成分、生物活性及质量控制研究进行综述。结果显示从三叶青中鉴定出的化学成分包括黄酮类、酚酸类、三萜类、甾类和二苯乙烯类等,现代药理研究表明三叶青具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、免疫调节、抗病毒、抗炎、镇痛、解热、保肝等多种生物活性。三叶青药材质量控制方法包括高效液相色谱指纹图谱研究和指标成分的含量测定。三叶青的研究尽管取得了一定的进展,但仍存在一些问题,需要进一步深入探讨。

Domestic and foreign researches on chemical constituents, bioactivities and quality control of Tetrastigmae hemsleyanum were reviewed and analyzed. Flavonoids, phenolic acids, triterpenoids, steroids and stilbenes have been isolated from Tetrastigmae hemsleyanum. Modern pharmacological investigations indicate that Tetrastigmae hemsleyanum showed anti-tumor, anti-oxidant, immunomodulatory, anti-viral, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antipyretic and hepatoprotective effects. The quality control methods include high-performance liquid chromatographic fingerprint and determination of bioactive constituents. Although much progress had been made in modern research of Tetrastigmae hemsleyanum, there is still need for further exploration.
