环氧二十碳三烯酸在心血管疾病防治中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 花生四烯酸通过细胞色素P4502J2(CYP2J2)代谢为环氧二十碳三烯酸(EETs)。EETs半衰期较短,可由可溶性表氧化水解酶(s EH)代谢成活性相对较弱的双羟二十碳三烯酸(DHETs)。CYP2J2是在心血管组织包括心脏和血管内皮细胞中高表达。CYP2J2和它的代谢产物EETs已被证实对心血管系统有不同范围的影响,包括炎症的调节、血管张力、细胞增殖、血管生成和代谢。本文将就EETs防治心血管疾病的作用进行简单综述。 Arachidonic acid is metabolised via cytochrome P4502J2(CYP2J2) into epoxyeicosatrienoic acid(EETs). EETs have a shorter half-life, which may be metabolised by soluble epoxide hydrolase(s EH) into dihydroxyeicosatrienoic acids(DHETs) with relatively weak activity. CYP2J2 is highly expressed in the cardiovascular tissues, including the heart and vascular endothelial cells. CYP2J2 and its metabolites EETs have been shown to have different effects on the cardiovascular system, including the regulation of inflammation, vascular tone, cell proliferation, angiogenesis, and metabolism. This paper will briefly review the role of EETs in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
