海军医院船长航期间门诊物资使用情况分析

Analysis on the material usage in outpatients during the long voyage of navy hospital ship

海军866号医院船执行“和谐使命-2015”共计142天的任务中，共400余人参与，其中包括118名医务人员。期间医院船到访澳大利亚、美国、墨西哥和秘鲁等国家，广泛开展了军事外交、医学交流和文化交流。在长航期间，医院船门诊共医治2318例患者，其中2034例为骨科、普通外科、皮肤、口腔、神经系统疾病（87．7％），部分船员睡眠质量下降，创伤和神经系统疾病的发病率均显著高于陆地上。在门诊工作中，医疗操作主要集中在伤口包扎、换药、静脉输液、静脉采血等。实践表明，门诊部敷料储备不足是较为突出的问题，可通过建立外伤紧急处理专用箱以解决该问题。

400 members, including 118 medical workers executed the task of ＂Harmonious mission-2015＂ for 142 days on board of the Navy Hospital Ship 866. The hospital ship visited Australia, the United States, Mexico, and Peru to carry out military diplomacy, medical exchange, and cultural communication. During the journey the number of patients who visited the outpatient division of the hospital ship summed to 2318, 2034 of which suffered from orthopedic, general surgical, dermatological, stomatological, and neurological diseases （87.7%）. The personnel often complained about the decline of sleep quality. The incidence rates of trauma and neurological diseases during navigation were higher than those on the land. The main medical operations included wound binding-up, dressing change, intravenous infusion, venous blood collection, etc. The practice showed that inadequate dressing reserve was a problem. A special box for emergency treatment of trauma should be established.
