Five Experiences of Comprehensively Strengthening Party Discipline

党的十八大以来,全面从严治党成为我们党加强自身建设的鲜明特色。四年来,我们在全面从严治党中积累了很多经验,有五条经验尤为突出。以上率下,强化领导干部的模范带头作用;坚持思想建党和制度建党紧密结合;严肃党内政治生活,营造党内民主平等的同志关系;坚持问题导向,抓在日常,严在经常;坚持党内监督与党外监督相结合。这五条全面从严治党的经验将党的建设推向了一个新的高度。

Since the 18 th National Congress, comprehensively strengthening Party discipline has become the distinctive feature of Party self-building. During the last four years, the Party summed up many experiences in the Party discipline strengthenment. There are five outstanding experiences： strengthening the effect of leaders serving as role models to others; persisting in the combination of Party building with ideological and Party building with system closely; standardizing the innner-Party political life and building the democratic and equal comradeship in inner-Party; persisting in problem-orientated, supervising in daily and strengthening supervising frequently; persisting in the combination of inner-Party supervision and non-Party supervision. These five experiences promote the Party building to a new level.
