Study on Dealkalization Capacity of BF Slag with Low Titanium Content

摘要 针对某钢厂高炉低钛渣系的排碱能力进行试验,研究w_(CaO)/w_(SiO_2)、w_(MgO)、w_(Al_2O_3)、w_(TiO2)以及初始碱含量对炉渣排碱能力的影响。结果表明:随炉渣w_(CaO)/w_(SiO_2)的提高,炉渣中w_(MgO)和初始碱含量的增加,高炉渣的排碱能力都逐渐降低;随炉渣中w_(Al_2O_3)的提高,炉渣的排碱能力逐渐增强;炉渣的排碱能力随w_(TiO_2)的增加有小幅度的降低。建议高炉生产应适当的降低炉渣w_(CaO)/w_(SiO_2),炉渣的w_(CaO)/w_(SiO_2)应保持在1.05到1.10左右;适当降低w_(MgO),炉渣w_(MgO)含量保持在7%~8%左右;适当增加w_(Al_2O_3),降低w_(TiO_2);减少碱金属的入炉量,降低高炉碱负荷。 According to the dealkalization capacity of blast furnace(BF) slag with low titanium content in an integrated iron and steel company were tested and analyzed, the effects of ω(CaO)/ω(siO2), ω(MgO), ω(Al2O3) ,ω(TiO2) and initial alkali content on dealkalization capacity of BF slag were studied. The results show that: with the increase of ω(CaO)/ω(SiO2), ω(MgO) and initial alkali content, the dealkalization capacity of BF slag decreases gradually. With the increase of ω(Al2O3), the dealkalization capacity of BF slag increases. The dealkalization capacity increases slowly with the increase of ω(TiO2).ω(CaO(ω(SiO2) and ω(MgO) should be properly reduced in BF production, ω(CaO)/ω(SiO2) and W (MgO) should be kept at 1.05 - 1.10 and 7% - 8%. ω(Al2O3) can be appropriately increased, ω(TiO2) can be decreased appropriately. The amount of alkali entering into the BF should be reduced, in order to reduce the degree of harmness to the BF.
