A Comparative Study of the Modes of Integration Programs between Secondary Vocational Education and Higher Vocational Education

教育部批准云南开放大学试点的中高衔接开放式人才培养模式与"传统"中高衔接模式相比各具优势,在巩固和发展"传统"中高衔接模式的同时大力推进中高衔接开放式人才培养模式,是构建云南特色的现代职业教育体系重要举措。

There are two kinds of integration programs between secondary vocational education and higher vocational education： the traditional one and the pilot one of Yunnan Open University＇ s open mode approved by the Ministry of Education. Both of them have their own competitive advantages. It is an important measure for the construction of modern vocational education system to consolidate and develop the ＂tradition＂ while vigorously promoting the open type talent cultivation mode in Yunnan.
