On Cultivating the Socialist Core Values with Practical Work in the Education of National Unity and Progress

民族团结进步教育工作是我国建国以来一直坚守的一项基本国策,其内容随着中国经济文化的发展和世界政治格局的变化不断地注入新的元素。当前,社会主义核心价值观是民族团结进步教育的导向,要在民族团结进步教育中融入社会主义价值观就需要从党中央到基层组织在实际工作中表现价值观的精神,使全国各族人民从"看得见、摸得着"实惠培育和树立社会主义核心价值观。

The education of national unity and progress is a basic national policy which has been held since the founding of our country. With the development of China＇s economy and culture and the change of the world political structure, the new elements are continuously injected into it. At present, the socialist core values is the orientation of the education of national unity and progress, which needs to be performed and integrated in practical work from the Party Central Committee to the grassroots organization, so that the people of all ethnic groups can cultivate and establish the socialist core val- ues from the visible and tangible benefits.
