摘要
骨组织活检是诊断代谢性骨病和了解骨组织结构的直接方法,但因其创伤性较大而难以在临床中展开。随着技术的进步,一种非侵袭性的检测手段应运而生——高分辨外周骨定量CT(high-resolution peripheral quantitative computed tomography,HR-p QCT),其对骨微结构和骨强度的检测在技术上有了长足的进步,有助于通过无创的方法了解生理或病理状态下骨微结构和骨强度的变化,可望用于不同疾病状态中骨骼研究及影响骨代谢药物的临床研究。本文对HR-p QCT在临床上的应用做一综述。
Bone biopsy is the direct measure for the diagnosis of metabolic bone diseases and the bone microar- chitecture, but it is difficult to apply because it is invasive. With the development of technology, an noninvasive analyti- cal technique has been designed for the quantification of changes in bone that occur in health and in disease. High-resolu- tion peripheral quantitative CT ( HR-pQCT), with a high potential for improving our understanding of metabolic bone dis- eases at the microarchitectural level, can be used for different diseases and clinical study.
