直流输电换流站防冻棚热设计及其工程应用 被引量:2

摘要 对某特高压直流输电换流站外冷防冻棚结构设计进行了研究,介绍了防冻棚总体设计及外形设计方案,通过对防冻棚载荷及钢结构设计进行分析,提出了换流站防冻棚设计优化措施;通过对空冷器外部空气流动传热特性进行CFD仿真分析,得到了不同风速及防冻棚高度下的热风回流率,并通过进行成本分析和热设计校核分析,发现安装防冻棚后可有效防止热风回流,使低端阀组空冷器进风温度降低3℃,并最终确定防冻棚最优设计高度为6 m。 The structure design for a cold freezing shed of a HVDC converter station was studied and optimization measures were put forward as well. The hot air recirculation rates under different air speeds and different heights of the anti - freezing shed were achieved via analysis of the outside air heat transfer characteristics of the air cooler using CFD simulation. Through cost analysis and thermal design analysis, the fact that the installation of antifreeze can effectively prevent shed after reflow is found, and the inlet air temperature of the low - end valve group air cool- er drops by 3 ℃. The optimal design height of the anti - freezing shed is determined with the value 6 m eventually.
