中小企业财务管理存在的问题及对策

Problems in Financial Management of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and Countermeasures

随着我国市场经济的迅速发展,中小企业已经成为社会经济生活不可缺少的组成部分,已成为推动和支撑国民经济发展的重要力量。因此中小企业的能否健康成长直接影响着我国国民经济发展的快慢。中小企业因"船小好调头",在发展中具备一定的灵活优势,但同时又因其自身企业性质、管理水平等的不足,也存在着很多的问题,其中财务管理方面的问题是其核心问题。本文针对财务管理方面存在的诸多问题给出相应的对策,为中小企业的健康发展提供一定的意见及建议。

With the rapid development of China＇s market economy, SMEs have become an indispensable part of social and economic life and important forces to promote and support the development of the national economy. Therefore, the healthy growth of SMEs directly affects the speed of China＇s national economic development. The SMEs have certain flexibility advantages in the development because of their flexibility, but at the same time, there are many problems because of their own enterprise nature and management level, among which financial management is the core problem. This paper gives corresponding countermeasures for many problems existed in the financial management and provide some advice and suggestions for the healthy development of SMEs.
