Some Thoughts on Accelerating the Development of Forestry at Hunan Province under the New Normal

林业是一项兼有生态、经济和社会三大效益,集第一、第二、第三产业为一体的基础产业和社会公益事业,是国民经济的一个特殊行业。推进林业持续快速发展,必定促进整个社会和整个国民经济的持续快速发展。本文紧密结合湖南实际,认真分析了湖南的林情和现状,提出了推进湖南林业持续快速发展必须采取的几项对策措施。

Forestry is a combination of ecological, economic and social benefits which combines the first, second and industries together as one of the basic industries and social welfare undertakings, and a special industry of the national economy. Promote the sustained and rapid development of forestry will promote the sustained and rapid development of the whole society and the entire national economy. Based on the actual situation of Hunan Province, this paper analyzes the current situation of Hunan Province＇s forestry and puts forward some countermeasures that could promote the sustainable and rapid development of forestry at Hunan.
