An Inventory Model for Deteriorating Items with Freshness and Selling Price Dependent Demand

基于生鲜产品的新鲜度和变质率影响零售商的订货策略和市场需求,本文建立了需求依赖于价格和产品新鲜度的有限期库存模型.文中分别研究了零售商在多种补货策略下的获利情况、销售价格和订货量,以最大化零售商在整个周期内的总利润为目标建立了模型.最后,结合数值算例验证了模型的合理性,并通过灵敏度分析得出产品新鲜度和变质率对零售商订货量和利润的影响.

Based on the freshness and deterioration rate of the fresh products not only affecting the retailer′s order,but also affecting the market demand,in this paper an EOQ model is established which for deteriorating items with price dependent demand and product freshness.From the perspective of the retailer,this paper study the retailer′s profit,sale price and order quantity about the two kinds of supply modes of supplier respectively,then we establish an inventory model to maximize the total profits of retailer in the whole cycle.Finally,the rationality of the model is verified by a numerical example,the affections of freshness and deterioration rate are given on product affect retailer′s order quantity and profits.
