结合当前地方高师院校在全日制工程硕士研究生教育中存在的突出问题,深入分析了制约全日制工程硕士研究生培养质量提升的主要影响因素,然后有针对性地提出了探索性的解决对策,以期为地方高师院校全日制工程硕士研究生教育创新培养模式提供有益借鉴.

With the rapid development of graduated professional degree education,many prominent problems about the education of full-time engineering masters emerge at the local normal university.In view of these problems,the predominant influencing factors on improving the training quality of full-time engineering masters are deeply analyzed.Some exploratory and constructive strategies are proposed for overcoming those issues,which can help to reform the training mode of full-time engineering masters at the local normal university.
