摘要
针对气体分馏装置存在的回流比偏大、操作压力偏高、压力波动大等问题,通过技术分析及实际论证,采用降压操作、工艺优化、加强热联合操作等措施,使装置各项动力消耗明显降低。
Aimed at the problems existing on the gas fractionation device such as larger reflux ratio, higher operation pressure, great pressure fluctuation and etc, measures including step - down operation, process optimization, strengthen heat joint operation and etc were adopted by technical analysis and actual demonstration, which reduced obviously power consumption of the device.
