摘要
采用理论计算和实际运行工况标定相结合的方法,对某厂KDON-250/1500型空分装置扩能技术改造的可行性进行分析论证,确定改造方案。实施后装置运行平稳,有效缓解了氮气不足的局面,为炼油装置正常生产提供了保障,节省了投资和建设时间。
Capacity expansion feasibility of technological reform on the KDON -250/1500 type of air separation device of some factory was analyzed and demonstrated by combing theoretical calculation with actual operation condition calibration, and revamp project was determined. The results showed the device running stably, which effectively alleviated the shortage of nitrogen and guaranteed the normal production of the oil refining unit, and saved investment and construction time.
