摘要
真空度为减压系统操作的关键参数,生产上通常作为减压塔及抽空器优化操作的依据。真空表作为减压系统真空度的测量仪表,影响因素很多,其中大气压的影响往往被忽略。通过分析减压蒸馏装置真空度的影响因素,提出改进建议。
The vacuum degree is the key parameter for the decompression system operation, which is usually as base for optimization on vacuum distillation tower and vacuum steam extractor. Many factors can influence on the vacuum gauge, which is the measuring instrument for vacuum degree of the decompression system, but effect of the atmospheric pressure is normally to be ignored. Modified measures were given by analyzing influence factors on the vacuum degree of the vacuum distillation device.
