镉胁迫下硫对甜高粱幼苗根系形态和生理特性的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Sulfur on the Root Mrphology and Physiological-biochemical Characteristics of Sorghum bicolor L. Moench Seedling under Cadmium Stress

摘要 以甜高粱为材料,采用水培试验的方法,研究了不同浓度S(0、120、240μmol/L)对镉(10μmol/L)胁迫下甜高粱幼苗根系的生长影响。结果表明:镉胁迫下,甜高粱幼苗根系的生长受到抑制、根系活力下降、丙二醛(MDA)大量积累、细胞透性明显增加、过氧化物酶(POD)活性降低,向培养液中添加不同浓度的硫,均能有效缓解镉胁迫对甜高粱幼苗的毒害,与无硫对照相比,施加硫可以促进甜高粱幼苗根系的生长,增加幼苗根系中的根系活力、提高POD的活性,降低细胞透性和MDA在根中的积累,其中,用120μmol/L的硫能够有效缓解镉对甜高粱幼苗根系的毒害作用。 The effect of sulfur with the different concentrations (0,120,240 μmol/L) on the physiological charac- teristics of the Sorghum biocolor L. Moench seedling as testing material was studied with the method of the water culture under cadmium( 10 μmol/L) stress,The results showed that root growth was inhibited ,the root activity was decreased, MDA was produced, the cell permeability was significantly increased and POD activity was reduced in S. biocolor seedling under cadmium stress. It can be effectively alleviated the toxicity of cadmium stress on S. biocolor seedlings to add different concentration of sulfur in the nutrient solution. In contrast with no sulfur in the nutrient so- lution, it can be promoted root growth, increased root activity and POD activity, reduce the cell permeability and ac- cumulated MDA in sweet so this experimental condition, sweet sorghum seedling rghum seedlings to add different concentration of sulfur in the nutrient solution.
