2014-2015年深圳市龙华新区感染性腹泻病原体监测结果分析 被引量:8

Analysis of infective diarrhea pathogen monitoring during 2014-2015 in Shenzhen Longhua

摘要 目的了解深圳市龙华新区2014-2015年感染性腹泻病原体的流行特征。方法收集龙华新区哨点医院监测门诊腹泻病例的粪便标本,开展病原菌分离鉴定,同时对阴性样本进行核酸检测。结果共采集病人粪便标本1 319份,分离到病原菌159株,检出率12.05%,其中沙门菌76株,检出率5.76%,志贺菌1株,检出率0.08%,空肠弯曲菌无分离株,副溶血弧菌45株,检出率3.41%,致泻性大肠杆菌37株,检出率2.80%。病毒核酸检测阳性共61份,检出率5.26%,其中诺如病毒核酸阳性28份,检出率2.12%,轮状病毒核酸阳性31份,检出率2.35%,星状病毒核酸阳性3份,检出率0.23%,肠腺病毒无检出。结论 2014-2015年深圳市龙华新区感染性腹泻呈高发状态,病原菌主要以沙门菌、副溶血弧菌和致泻性大肠杆菌为主,病毒性感染主要是以诺如病毒和轮状病毒为主。 Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics of infectious diarrhea pathogens during 2014 to 2015 in Shenzhen Longhua. Method Diarrhea stool specimens were collected for the isolation and identification of pathogens. For the pathogen negative samples,PCR was used for the detection of pathogen DNA. Results 159 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated from 1 319 stool samples,with a detection rate of 12.05%; of which, 76 strains were Salmonella, with detection rate of 5.76%,1 strain was Shigella, with a detection rate of 0.08%, none for Campylobacter jejuni, 45 strains were Vibrio parahaemolyticus, with a detection rate of 3.41%,37 strains were diarrhea causing Escherichia coli, with a detection rate of 2.80%. 61 samples were positive for virus DNA detection, with a detection rate of 5.26%.Among them, 28 cases were norovirus, with a detection rate 2.12%; 31 cases of rotavirus, with nucleic acid detection rate of 2.35%; 3 cases of astrovirus, with a detection rate of 0.23%; intestinal adenovirus was not detected. Conclusions Infectious diarrhea was in high-risk state in Shenzhen Longhua. The main pathogenic bacteria causing diarrhea were Salmonella, Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Escherichia coli; the main viruses causing diarrhea were norovirus and rotavirus.
