摘要
搭建"崇德向善"的阵地平台,对弘扬核心价值观、激发员工正能量,推动以德育企具有重要意义。文章结合公司社会公益实践的特点,在建设关爱农民工子女项目"国家电网光明驿站"的探索实践中,建立"三化四型五统一"模式,实施"三年计划",就推动核心价值观传播,促进员工争做道德传播者和践行者进行了探析。
Setting up a ground of advocating ethics and doing good turns is of great significance in spreading the core values, inspiring positive energy and promoting moral education in the enterprise. In view of the features of the social public practice of the company, this paper builds the model of "Three-Four- Five" and carries out the "Three Years Plan" during the practice of establishing the "State Grid Light Station" programs, helping the migrant children. It also discusses how to further spread the core values and how to inspire staff to be the communicators and practitioners of morality.
