创新型电子实验室的建设与探索

Construction and Exploration of Innovative Electronics Lab

社会发展日新月异,对人才的要求越来越高,特别是高新企业对人才的技能要求越来越高,为了培养创新型人才,结合传统实验教学的运行现状和问题,结合实际提出了创新型实验室的建设方向:实验项目改革,实验资源网络化,实验室开放,开设独立的实验课程,为社团活动和电子竞赛提供服务等,同时探讨了创新实验室运行时可能存在的困难。针对传统实验教学中存在的问题,提出了创新型实验室建设的方向,以期达到实验室真正成为培养创新人才的基地,而不是验证理论学习的场所。

The rapid development of society, the requirement on talents is higher and higher, especially in high-teeh enterprises. In order to train innovative talents, according to the current situation and problems of the traditional experiment teaching, the construction direction of innovative laboratory is proposed： experimental project reform, putting experimental resources in network, opening laboratory, setting up independent experimental course, providing services for community activities and electronic competition, etc. Meanwhile, the difficulties that may exist in the operation of innovative laboratory are discussed. Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional experimental teaching, the construction direction of innovative laboratory is proposed, in order to achieve that the laboratory becomes the base of training innovative talents, rather than a place to verify the theoretical study.
