摘要
高性能混凝土配合比设计是保证工程质量的重要环节,也是实现混凝土高性能的主要方面之一。采用正交试验的级差分析法比较了水胶比、砂率、减水剂品种三种因素对高性能混凝土强度的影响情况。根据试验结果,并结合工程实际,确定最佳的减水剂品种、合适的水胶比和砂率值,进而优化了高性能混凝土的配合比。
This thesis adopts the differential analysis of orthogonal test to compare the influence of the three factors of water-cement ratio, sand ratio and superplasticizer species to high-performance concrete strength. And it select the best variety of superplasticizer, suitable water-cement ratio and sand ratio according to the result of orthogonal test and practical situation, and thus optimize the mix design of high-performance concrete.
