摘要
公共服务均等化一直是学术界讨论的热点之一,但在其在丰硕的理论成果中未有对我国市场化进程中公共服务,尤其是高等教育的深入研究。本文分析了我国2007年至2013年217个高等本科教育省际面板数据,对我国市场化进程中高等教育均等化现状进行评价,由此提出相应可行的政策性建议。
Public service equalization has recently been one of the hot spotsin China but few research was conducted in the realm of higher education despite many fruitful research achievements. Using the analysis of 217 Inter - provincial Panel Datum of Higher Education from 2007 to 2013, this paper provides some evaluations concerning the current situation of Higher Education equalization in the marketization process in China and offers some effective and feasible suggestions to Higher Education in China.
