摘要
文章针对当前肇庆市老年产业市场化发展的困境,对肇庆市老年产业市场化发展中存在的问题进行了全面分析,从找准市场定位,发挥资源区位优势;打造老年产业体系,形成老年产业链;全面放开养老服务市场,实现老年产业市场化运作;做好老年产品服务市场营销和市场细分工作,实现供需有效对接;把无形之手和有形之手结合起来,实现政府与市场的良性互动;提升老年人购买力和需求,培育繁荣老年产业市场等六个方面提出了具体的对策建议。
In view of the current old industrial marketization development dilemma, the article analysesof Aged Industry Marketizing Development in Zhao -cling City. Six aspects concrete countermeasures and Suggestions are putted forward： In alignment with market positioning, Use resource location advantage ; Make eldly industrial system, develop industry chain ; Full open pension services market, and realize aged industry marketing operation; To do a good job of older prod- ucts and services marketing and market segmentation, for the connection of the supply side and demand side; Combine the visible hand and invisible hand, realize the benign interaction between the government and the market; Improve the elderly purchasing power and purchasing desire, foster prosperity aged industrial market, and so on.
