新形势下国企人力资源绩效考核的改进建议 被引量:9

摘要 绩效考核在国有企业人力资源管理工作中占据着重要地位,但多数国有企业对此方面的工作并没有高度重视,致使企业员工工作缺乏压力和动力,并间接导致了公司整体效率低下等问题。党中央国务院提出国企应进行改革,并应适应市场竞争,在此新形势下,国企应认识到过去的不足,对绩效考核工作加以改进,制定并严格实施科学合理系统有效的绩效考核制度,督促考核人员严格按照标准对员工进行考核,并加大与员工职业发展岗位晋升和薪资待遇的关联程度,以此提高员工工作的积极性,提升企业整体效益。 Performance appraisal plays an important role in the human resource management of state - owned enterprises, but the majority of state - owned enterprises in this area of work did not attach great importance to the work of enterprise employees lack of pressure and power, and indirectly led to the problem of low efficiency of the whole company. The Party Central Committee and the State Council put forward state -owned enterprises should be reformed, and should a- dapt to market competition, under the new situation, the state - owned enterprises should recognize the shortcomings in the past, the performance appraisal work to improve, develop and implement strict scientific and reasonable system of performance appraisal system of effective supervision and examination personnel, in strict accordance with the standards for staff assessment, correlation degree and increase the promotion with the development of post salary and employee oc- cupation, in order to improve the staff's work enthusiasm, improve the overall efficiency.
