摘要
通过青医附院一栋病房楼整修改造项目的工程实践,对古建筑内部拆除、整体加固等关键技术环节进行了深入的研究,采用"十"字形槽钢支撑架法对建筑结构进行临时加固,然后对建筑物内部及附属结构进行拆除,再采用混凝土夹板墙的施工工艺对建筑物的外墙及不拆除的内墙进行加固.整个施工过程分区进行,加固、装修、安装等各专业穿插施工,施工安全性高,且操作简单、工效高,技术经济效果明显.
Through the engineering practice of the renovation project on one ward building of Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University, this paper makes a deep research on a key tech- nology as internal demolition of ancient buildings, integral reinforcement and the like. First- ly, reinforcement of the architectural structure is carried out temporarily in a cross-shaped channel steel support frame method, then with the interior and accessory structures of the architecture demolished, and finally, the exterior walls and the interior walls reinforced. The whole construction process is carried out with each section reinforced, decorated, in- stalled, and interpenetrated with construction security, simple operation, high efficiency, obviously technical and economic effect.
