Complex GRG ceiling construction in theater buildings

大空间观演建筑中,吊顶作为具有特殊声学功能的装饰构件,往往造型较为复杂,玻璃纤维加强石膏板(GRG)材料具有良好的声波反射性能等优点,作为吊顶材料被越来越多的观演建筑所采用.但从目前来看设计、施工无相应国家标准和依据,在施工中发现质量问题较多.结合实例,通过不断总结完善形成GRG吊顶施工工艺,在施工中取得了明显的经济效益,提高了施工质量及效率,对复杂GRG吊顶施工具有参考价值.

The design of ceiling as a decorative member with special acoustic features is com- plex in large space of theatrical building. GRG（glassfiber reinforce gypsum）plate, a ceiling material with good sound reflection properties, is widely used in such buildings. But more quality problems exist in construction, for there is no national standards to be conformed to in design and construction. This paper constantly forms the GRG ceiling construction tech- nology, and improves construction quality and efficiency, and provides a reference for the complex GRG ceiling construction.
