Research and application of PP module rainwater collection and utilization system

PP雨水收集利用系统适用于雨水的收集、过滤净化、回渗、再循环利用.对该系统的施工、安装技术及工程质量控制进行了研究.青岛美术学校新建工程一期项目雨水蓄水池主要采用PP模块组合水池,外边包裹1层HDPE防渗膜,雨水初期弃流装置主要采用溢流堰式初期雨水分流井,具有质量轻、安装快捷、布局灵活、便于维修管理等特点,其经济、环境效益明显,为同类工程的应用提供借鉴.

It is proved that the PP rainwater collection and utilization system is suitable to the rainwater collection, filtration purification, re-infiltration, recycling, so the construction of the system, installation technology and engineering quality control is studied in this paper. PP module combination pool is made as a rainwater storage tank of the project of Qingdao Art Academy. With a layer of HDPE anti-seepage film outside, an overflow weir type initial rainwater distributary well is adopted for the early rain discharge flow device. With light weight and fast installation, flexible layout, easy maintenance and management features, its obviousness in economic and environmental benefits provides reference for the application of the similar projects.
