油气田企业科技创新驱动模式与策略探讨

自党的十八大召开以来,科技事业和创新驱动发展被提升到国家战略高度,企业作为创新的主体,对自身提出更高的科技创新要求。针对这一形势,就油气田企业科技创新面临的现状进行了分析,通过对科技创新驱动的内涵进行解析,总结创新驱动的特点,构建了油气田企业科技创新驱动模式,阐述了其包括的创新驱动需求、创新驱动力、创新主体、创新驱动机制、创新驱动结果及反馈5个要素,并提出了油气田企业科技创新驱动的相关策略,包括:创造良好的创新驱动内外部环境;多效并举加大科技创新驱动力度;完善科技创新驱动机制;明确科技创新驱动对象,全面评价科技创新结果。

Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC, the technical cause and innovation- driving development have been placed on national strategy level; the enterprise, as the subject of innovation, has put forward stricter scientific & technical innovation requirements for itself. As to this situation, the current conditions of scientific & technical innovation faced by oil & gas field enterprises are analyzed; the connotation of scientific & technical innovation driving mode is analyzed and the features of innovation driving mode is summarized, so as to construct the scientific &technical innovation driving mode of oil & gas field enterprise and elaborate the five elements: innovation-driving requirements, innovation-driving force, innovation subject, innovation-driving mechanism and innovation- driving results; and relevant strategies are proposed for scientific & technical innovation driving mode of oil &gas field enterprise, including: create good internal and external environment for innovation driving; take various measures to strengthen innovation driving; perfect the scientific & technical innovation driving mechanism; define the scientific & technical innovation driving object; comprehensively assess the scientific & technical innovation results.
