针对LNG接收站具有行业风险大、操作要求高的特点,设计科学的班组长培训体系,有利于提高LNG接收站班组长的岗位胜任力及保障LNG接收站企业的安全平稳运行。从责任意识、岗位技能、安全环保技能、管理技能及团队建设能力等多方面出发,系统地阐述了涵盖这些方面的班组长培训体系设计,通过这些系统多方面的LNG接收站班组长培训体系的设计应用,有助于LNG接收站的安全平稳运营。
According to the characteristics of LNG terminal such as great industrial risks and high operational requirements, a scientific shift/group leader training system is designed to improve the post competence of shift/group leaders in LNG terminal and guarantee the safe and steady operation of LNG terminal. From the aspects of consciousness of responsibility, post skills, safety and environmental protection skills, management skills and team construction ability, the paper describes the design of shift/group leader training system in a systematic way. The safe and steady operation of LNG terminal can be ensured through the application of shift/group leader training system design in LNG terminal.
