摘要
针对近年来中国石油遭遇的一系列负面舆情危机,重塑企业良好形象成为中国石油走出困境的一条重要战略。为加强应对负面舆情的管理,分析了当前中国石油遭遇的负面舆情的成因及特点,在加强内部管理、练好内功的基础上,提出强化负面舆情管理的相应对策,包括:强化全员危机意识,建立完善的舆情管理联动机制,重视舆情管理队伍的建设,确立官方信息发布渠道以及加强公共关系管理。
As China's oil industry suffered a series of negative public opinions in recent years, reshaping good corporate image becomes an important strategy for China's oil industry to get out of the dilemma. In order to strengthen management of negative public opinions, the causes and features of negative public opinions currently suffered by China's oil industry are analyzed; corresponding countermeasures are proposed for strengthening management of negative public opinions by improving internal management and internal power; such countermeasures include: strengthen the crisis awareness of all employees; establish perfect public opinions management linkage mechanism; focus on construction of public opinions management team; establish official information release channels and strengthen public relations management.
