宣通温肺汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果及机制分析

Effect and mechanism of Xuantong Wenfei decoction in treating cough variant asthma

目的:研究宣通温肺汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果。方法:168例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者,随机平均分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予必可酮和舒氟美治疗,治疗组给予宣通温肺汤治疗。比较两组患者证候变化,气道反应性及治疗效果。结果:治疗组咳嗽、咽痒、咯痰均比对照组改善显著(P<0.05);Dmin上升(P<0.05),s Grs下降(P<0.05),且两组差异显著(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率94.05%,对照组80.95%,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:宣通温肺汤治疗CVA,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To study the effect ofXuantong Wenfei decoction in treating cough variant asthma. Methods： 168 patients with cough variant asthma were randomized into the control group and the treatment group. The control group was treated with beclomethasone dipropionate and Shufumei while the treatment group was treated with Xuantong Wenfei decoction. Changes of symptoms, airway responsiveness and therapeutic effect of two groups were compared. Results： The relief of cough, throat itching and expectoration of the treatment group was better than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Drain increased （P 〈 0.05） while sGrs decreased （P 〈 0.05）, and there was significant differences in two groups （P 〈 0.05）; The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.05%, while that of the control group was 80.95% （P 〈 0.05）, and there was significant differences in two groups. Conclusions： The application of Xuantong Wenfei decoction could effectively treat CVA and it was worthy of clinical application.
