摘要
目的:探讨头晕障碍量表(DHI)在瘀血型头晕患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2015年6月15日—2016年5月15日来珠海市第二人民医院和广东省中医院芳村分院接受治疗的瘀血型头晕患者150例作为治疗组,选取同一时期来我院检查的健康成年人150例,作为对照组。评价DHI的重测信度、结构效度及比较治疗组治疗前后与对照组的评分。结果:两次测量的总分与躯体、情感与功能维度评分差异均无明显差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),重测信度系数最低为0.822,最高为0.895。KMO=0.914,筛选出5个公因子,分别解释总体方差的34.12%、38.27%、42.11%、49.59%、52.17%。治疗组治疗前各项评分及总分均高于治疗后和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后各项评分及总分与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:DHI重测信度及结构效度较好,可以应用于瘀血型头晕患者的评分测量。
Objective: To explore the application value of the scale of dizziness in patients with blood stasis type dizziness. Methods: 150 cases of patients with blood stasis type dizziness treated in Zhuhai People's Second Hospital and Fangcun branch of Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital from June 15th, 2015 to May 15th 2016 were selected as the treatment group while 150 cases of health examination were selected as the control group. The DHI retest reliability and construct validity were evaluated and the score before and after treatment was compared. Results: There were no significant differences in the scores of total score and the physical, emotional and functional dimensions between the two measurements, the difference was of no statistical significance (P 〉 0.05). The lowest retest reliability coefficient was 0.822, and the highest was 0.895. KMO=0.914, 5 common factors were screened out, which explained 34.12%, 38.27%, 42.11%, 49.59% and 52.17% of the population variance respectively. All the scores and the total score of the treatment group before treatment were higher than that after treatment and that of the control group, the difference was of statistical significance (P 〈 0.05); After treatment, the difference of all the scores and the total score between two groups was of no statistical significance (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: DHI retest reliability and construct validity were good and could be used as the scale of dizziness in patients with blood stasis type dizziness.
