前列地尔联合依那普利治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of alprostadil combined with enalapril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy

目的:观察前列地尔联合依那普利治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的临床效果。方法:选取2013年6月—2015年9月我院收治的68例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组34例,对照组患者单纯使用依那普利进行治疗,治疗组在此基础上联合使用前列地尔进行治疗,观察两组患者尿蛋白含量变化情况,并比较两组患者的临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果:经治疗后,两组患者24 h尿蛋白含量均显著下降,而且治疗组下降程度更为明显(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组的并发症发生率分别为8.82%、17.65%,组间比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:前列地尔联合依那普利治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的临床疗效显著,不仅能有效降低蛋白尿水平,而且治疗后并发症少,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of alprostadil combined with enalapril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods： 68 cases of diabetic nephropathy treated in our hospital from June 2013 to September 2015 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 34 cases in each group, the control group were treated with enalapril treatment while the treatment group received alprostadil combined with enalapril treatment, tile change of urinary protein content of two groups of patients was observed, and the clinical efficacy and complications of two groups of patients were compared. Results： After the treatment, 24h urinary protein content of two groups of patients was significantly decreased, and the treatment group decreased more significantly （P〈0.05）; the complication rate of the treatment group and the control group was 8.82% and 17.65% respectively, the difference between groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Alprostadil combined with enalapril had significant clinical effect in the treatment of urinary protein in diabetic nephropathy, it could not only effectively reduce the level of proteinuria, after treatment, there was little complications, it was worth further promotion and application.
