万乃洛韦联合喜炎平注射液治疗带状疱疹的临床效果探究

Clinical efficacy of Valacyclovir combined with Xiyanping injection in treating of herpes zoster

目的:观察万乃洛韦联合喜炎平注射液治疗带状疱疹的临床效果。方法:选取我院皮肤科门诊带状疱疹患者70例,随机分成观察组35例及对照组35例。观察组患者口服万乃洛韦,300 mg/次,早晚各1次;喜炎平注射液每次50 mg静脉滴注,1次/d。对照组只口服万乃洛韦,方法同观察组。两组共治疗10 d。结果:治疗10 d后,观察组止疱、结痂及止痛时间均小于对照组(P<0.01);观察组总有效率为91.43%,对照组总有效率为71.43%,观察组总有效率显著优于对照组(x2=4.629,P=0.031,P<0.05)。结论:用万乃洛韦联合喜炎平注射液治疗带状疱疹可以取得良好的治疗效果。

Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of Valacyclovir combined with Xiyanping injection in treating herpes zoster. Methods： 70 cases of patients with herpes zoster from Dermatology Department in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group （n=35） and the control group （n=35）. The observation group were given valaciclovir 300mg twice a day, in the night and morning, and Xiyanping 50 mg per day. the control group were given oral administration of valaciclovir. Both groups were treated for 10 days. Results： 10 days after treatment, the blister, crusting and pain stopping time of the observation group was less than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.43%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group, 71.43% （χ2=4.629, P=0.031, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Application of Valacyclovir combined with Xiyanping injection had good efficacy in treating herpes zoster.
