针刺配合清喉利咽颗粒治疗慢喉喑的临床观察

Clinical observation of acupuncture combined with Qinghou Liyan granules in treating chronic laryngeal

目的:观察针刺配合清喉利咽颗粒治疗慢喉喑的疗效。方法:78例慢喉喑患者均来自我院住院患者,按随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组39例取天突、扶突、合谷、三阴交、太渊5个穴位进行针刺。治疗组39例用于对照组相同方法进行针刺,取针后服用清喉利咽颗粒进行治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率97.4%;对照组总有效率82.1%。结论:针刺配合清喉利咽颗粒治疗慢喉喑较单用针刺疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with Qinghou Liyan granule in treating chronic laryngeal. Methods： 78 cases with chronic laryngeal treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. 39 cases in the control group received acupuncture in tiantu, futu, hegu, sanyinjiao, taiyuan acupoints while 39 cases in into the treatment group received acupuncture combined with Qinghou Liyan granule. Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.4% and that of the control group was 82.1%. The difference between two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with Qinghou Liyan granule had significant therapeutic effect in treating chronic laryngeal.
