摘要
目的:探究针刺配合艾灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床效果。方法:选取我院收治的70例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,随机分组,各35例。对照组予以玻璃酸钠治疗,研究组予以针刺与艾灸联合治疗。观察统计两组患者临床效果。结果:治疗后,研究组患者临床症状评分、疼痛评分及关节功能障碍评分均低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对膝关节骨性关节炎患者予以针刺与艾灸配合治疗,可明显缓解患者临床症状,改善其骨关节功能,在临床治疗中具有重要意义。
Objective： To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 70 cases of knee osteoarthritis treated in our hospital were selected and randomly grouped, with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate, the research group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion. The clinical effect and adverse reaction rate of two groups were observed and analyzed. Results： After treatment, the clinical symptoms score, pain score and joint dysfunction score in the research group were lower than those in the control group, the difference between two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion could significantly retieve the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the fimction of the bone and joint in treating patients with knee osteoarthritis and it was of vital significance in the clinical treatment,
