开展优质护理服务对普外科护理质量的影响

Effect of high quality nursing service on nursing quality of department of general surgery

目的:探讨在普外科积极开展优质护理服务的影响。方法:从普外科住院患者中随机选取300例,其中150例实施常规护理,设为对照组;另150例开展优质护理服务,设为试验组。结果:试验组的病房护理质量评分为(95.37±7.48)分,基础护理质量评分为(96.66±7.41)分,危重症护理质量评分为(96.38±5.13)分,对照组分别为(88.63±9.14)分、(89.34±5.93)分、(88.74±8.04)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的护理满意率为94.00%,对照组为84.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在普外科积极开展优质护理服务的可行性很高,值得在临床科室护理工作中应用。

Objective： To explore the effect of active high quality nursing service in the department of general surgery. Methods： 300 cases of hospitalized patients from the department of g^neral surgery were randomly selected, 150 cases in the control group received conventional nursing, 150 cases in the experimental group received high quality nursing service. Results： The ward nursing quality score, score of the quality of basic nursing, ICU nursing quality score was （95.37 ±7.48）, （96.66± 7.41） and （96.38 ± 5.13） respectively, and that of the control group was （88.63 ± 9.14）, （89.34 ± 5.93） and （88.74 ± 8.04） respectively, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） The nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 94%, and that of the control group was 84.67%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The feasibility of active high quality nursing service in department of general surgery was very high, and it was worthy of application in clinical nursing work.
