扶正解毒汤对肺癌晚期患者生活质量影响的临床观察

Clinical observation of the effect of Fuzheng Jiedu decoction on life quality of patients with advanced lung cancer

目的:观察扶正解毒汤联合西医基础治疗晚期肺癌患者的临床疗效,探讨扶正解毒汤在晚期肺癌患者维持治疗中的作用。方法:采用前瞻性、随机对照研究方法,将80例晚期肺癌患者按1︰1随机分成治疗组和对照组,对照组为常规西医基础对症治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上予口服扶正解毒汤,以MOS SF-36量表为工具,对肺癌晚期患者治疗前及4周治疗后患者的生活质量进行评分,观察患者病情及日常生活质量变化。结果:两组晚期肺癌患者治疗后生活质量均有所改善,治疗前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组患者服用扶正解毒汤后日常生活质量明显改善,优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:晚期肺癌患者生活质量差,在西医基础治疗基础上联合中药复方制剂扶正解毒汤可以明显改善患者生活质量,优于单纯基础治疗。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Fuzheng Jiedu decoction in treating patients with advanced lung cancer and to explore its function in the maintenance treatment of lung cancer. Methods： 80 cases of patients with advanced lung cancer were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the prospective, randomized study method, the control group received routine western medicine symptomatic treatment while the treatment group received Fuzheng Jiedu decoction on the basis of treatment of the control group. Results： The life quality of two groups of advanced lung cancer patients was improved after treatment, the difference was of statistical significance （P〈0.05）, quality of life of the treatment group improved more significantly after treatment, which was better than that of the control group, the difference was of statistical significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Fuzheng Jiedu decoction combined with routine western medicine symptomatic treatment could improve the quality of life of patients with advanced lung cancer and its effect was better than the simple basic treatment.
