Measurement of Specification for Processing of Chinese Medicine Succus Bambusae Pinella Preparata

该研究使用显微镜和色谱分析法对不同产地不同批次的竹沥半夏进行了部分表征,同时结合中国药典的研究方法,进行了不同产地竹沥半夏水分、总灰分、浸出物、白矾含量和半夏含量的测定,为之后更深入的研究提供实验依据.

The research partially characterizes different batches of Succus bambusae pinella preparata from different places of origin via microscopic analysis and thin layer chromatography （TLC）. Moreover, the research measures the moisture, total ash content, extract, alum content, content of Rhizoma Pinellia of Succus bambusae pinella preparata from different places of origin, combined with the study method in Chi- nese pharmacopoeia. This provides experiment data for further study of Succus bambusae pinella preparata.
