摘要
室温下采用MM-W1立式万能摩擦磨损试验机研究了ZnS纳米颗粒作为基础油添加剂的摩擦学性能,文章考察了纳米ZnS添加量、试验参数(载荷、转速)对摩擦系数的影响,简单探讨了摩擦机理.结果表明:添加剂纳米ZnS在摩擦磨损试验机中表现出良好的减摩抗磨性能,其在摩擦过程中形成的沉积膜起到了非常重要的作用,可以作为减摩涂层和润滑油减摩添加剂使用.
At room temperature, the tribological properties of ZnS nanoparticles in base oil were evalu- ated with a MM--W1 friction and wear testing machine. The influence of the addition of ZnS nanoparticles and the test parameters such as loads and rotational velocity on the friction coefficient were investigated, the frictional mechanisms were also discussed. The results indicate that the additive of ZnS nanoparticles can in- crease the antiwear and friction reducing abilities of lubricating oil in the friction and wear machine tests. It can be concluded that the deposited films formed during friction played an important role. ZnS nanoparticles can be used as friction--reducing coating and friction--reducing additive of lubricating oil.
