血清RBP4与sdLDL联合检测与2型糖尿病患者并发动脉粥样硬化的相关性分析

The relationship between the level of serum RBP4 and sdLDL in type 2 diabetes patients with atherosclerosis

目的探讨血清RBP4及sdLDL水平与2型糖尿病患者合并动脉粥样硬化的相关性。方法将183例2型糖尿病患者作为实验组,95例体检的健康者作为对照组。对实验组患者行颈动脉B超,根据IMT厚度分为IMT正常组84例,IMT增厚组99例。收集各组患者一般资料,检测各组患者血清RBP4、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的水平。结果 1糖尿病两组血清RBP4、TG、TC、LDL-C以及sdLDL水平都高于健康人正常对照组,且具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清HDL-C水平则低于正常对照组,且有显著性差异(P<0.05)。2糖尿病组IMT增厚组中的RBP4,LDL-C,sdLDL水平高于IMT正常组(P<0.05),HDL-C水平低于IMT正常组(P<0.05)。3相关性分析显示,2型糖尿病合并IMT增厚患者的血清TC、TG、LDL-C、sdLDL水平均与RBP4呈正相关(P<0.05),血清HDL-C水平与RBP4没有相关性(r值为0.13,P>0.05),其中sdLDL与RBP4呈高度相关(r>0.7)。结论 sdLDL和RBP4水平变化对2型糖尿病患者AS形成具有预警意义。

Objective To investigate the relationship between the serum RBP4 and sdLDL in type 2diabetes with AS.Methods We recruited 183 type 2diabetic patients and 95 healthy subjects as control.The diabetic patients were divided into 2groups according to the IMT value,which are IMT normal group（n=84）,and IMT increasing group（n=99）.Serum specimens were collected and the serum RBP4,TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C and sdLDL were determined.Results 1The serum level of RBP4,TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C and sdLDL in diabetic patients are statistically different from healthy subjects（P〈0.05）.2 In diabetic groups,the level of RBP4,LDL-C,sdLDL are higher in the IMT increasing patients than that of in the IMT normal patients（P〈0.05）.While the level of HDL-C is lower in the IMT increasing group than that of the IMT normal group（P〈0.05）.3 According to Spearsman correlation analysis,there is positive correlations between TC,TG,LDL-C,sdLDL and RBP4（P〈0.05）,and there is no correlation between HDLC and RBP4.And strong correlation is found between sdLDL and RBP4.Conclusion Our data suggest that the indexes of sdLDL together RBP4 are potential risk assessment markers for type 2diabetics with AS.
